Live today as if there is no tomorrow – by spiritual veda

Life is unfair and there are no two ways about it. At times, it mocks you in the face, the rest is elusive; gone before you even get the time to realize what you lost! but amidst all, it goes on and it nudges you to travel along.

Whether you like it or not, having said that, having lost, I have realized that time is of the essence. The more we make of it, the less we will lament after it has lapsed. I’m sorry for the lessons on philosophy but I will share an incident,

The other day a friend of mine shared that recently he bought a Mercedes a first in their family. As per his daily morning ritual he called to speak to his Mom and Dad, Dad was super excited and told that him that it was his dream to drive his son’s Merc, he laughingly said that why didn’t he tell him before, he joked and said, “you had never asked.” We laughed as usual and disconnected.

At noon on the same day, his Dad passed away, no child can ever be ready for this loss; it leaves a hole in your heart, makes you feel empty, betrayed by Gods and unprotected to the World, he says he still wonders about the line he said, “you had never asked.”so many times since that unfortunate day, he wished he could have done more for him, made him proud, and fulfill all his wishes.

This is the beauty of life, one day we all have to merge in the Divine light, so why not share our life’s to the ones who love us most and also to the one who need our love and care, most of the time we wait for other to message us and in this wait, days, months and years pass, waiting, who knows other might be waiting for same, don’t wait for a single more moment, our parents / loved ones might never ask for anything and just give all their lives for us,its not just your own effort which has bought you where you are, but many more souls have been a part of your journey to make you realize who you are and where you are, surprise them, spoil them, hug them, ask them about their dreams, and love them.

Because one day you might be able to buy a fleet of cars, but you can’t buy time, an open heart is open mind.
