Keep the life in movement…. by Roopika

Something sometimes keep bugging in mind and many a time it’s confusion which the mind gets into the swing of,  this or that, here or there, in or out, to be or not to be etc., I wonder why  everything comes together in life.  When you have nothing, “Nothing” follows and when you seem to have everything, “everything” follows.  In between “Nothing” and “Everything” what lies is a momentum of feel of “loss”, a feel of “Non-Progress”, a feel of “Stand still”, a feel as if the whole world is not moving and waiting for us to take a call to end the life.

The life full of burden, a life without “Life” etc., But all these looks like temporary feelings when “something” starts happening.  The question is not about managing when “all is well”. The question is about managing when “all is not well” or stand still.

How one can get the peace? How to motivate the self? How to push the self to keep another hard step? The only way is to keep up the zeal, keep up the positive thoughts, to keep up the energy, to break the pattern & to get into the steps of another to move into light. The mind block can be removed through developing the self and to make movement in other areas which is very close to heart. Take a step to do something different, something close to the heart, something makes to forget the negative thoughts. May be it’s writing, music, traveling, spiritual diversions etc.,

When heart opens with joy then, it’s hardly time taken to open the block which is temporary , to start the real movement of life.  Many a time when we start new things, the old starts moving or the better things starts coming in.

Change is the only constant in life.  When you are blocked, release by making movements in life to keep walking,  to keep shining and many a time to get back to the normalcy from the abnormalities.

One change can move the life, one word can motivate someone, one help can make another to live, one should know to have persistence and keep the movement on.
